Works excellently even when I have a day of vision problems and have to set my system font size larger. I have not noticed any real change to battery drain rate, nor to load speed of web info in Firefox or other apps. I could wish for a "dark mode". I also wish I could prioritize connecting options within a specific time zone.

Great when in does work, however: Refuses to sign me in on some networks. Signs me in but refuses to connect on some others. App sometimes bugs out (initiate connection, nothing happens, close and reopen, works). I know this service is relatively new (at least in ), these things can happen. But asking 10€/mo for a half-working service is steep. Will check back in a few months to see if things got better, and update my review accordingly. I'd really like to use this, i trust Mozilla.

I trust Firefox, however I wish there was a live chat or real person to speak with. this was this Most Frustrating VPN -system I've encountered, poor explanation, confusing setup, and needs to be revamped to be more seemless-to start, setup and apply the options. Worth it - very reasonably priced, connection is fast & stable majority of the time. My faith in Mozilla as an org influenced me a lot in taking the plunge and paying for the 1st month trial. Will be g up for the annual plan when my 1st month is up. Btw, the only app/website that the VPN just can't seem to fool is Netflix. No matter where I switch my location to, it still correctly detected my location and only offer me the catalogue available for my country only.

*edit - It's fixed! back to being the best VPN. Just add Android Auto as an excluded app! Original-Mozilla VPN cannot be on while using android auto. If its on the car cannot connect and you need to turn the car off to disconnect your vpn and try to connect again. Developers need to add a feature to exclude Android Auto from..

edit: Connection seems to be fixed. I appreciate how easy it is to use. I wish different locations weren't blocked by different sites. I don't know if that's something Mozilla can improve. Old review: slow to connect after most recent update

Comforting to have both devices covered. Comcast Email server complains about email checking their server from two devices both using Mozilla VPN done same day, about 2x a month in a volume of about 100 messages a day (Comcast will lock you out from both devices). Microsoft started in Sept 2024, to turn-off Mozilla VPN after doing bi-monthly updates so after Microsoft Updates to turn on Mozilla VPN, you must uninstall & then re-install Mozilla VPN. This is a burden for most non-Microsoft apps.

Good service. It slows down an internet connection only a little. Application works very well, there are some simple options. It is possible to connect through one or two "hops". Price is also ok.
