Internet speed tests have been free for a very long time and very cheap to perform. This app is an example of Google play store and the developer are trying to rip off the average unsuspecting consumer, by hiding the fact. The app does not represent fair value for what services is being offered. The fact that the app also go straight to asking paid for without offering a trial just demonstrates the pay first mentality of this developer. The play store is complicit in this.

My internet apparently is faster than this is capable of reading. It instantly pegs put past 100, does an test for a second and stops. The it just keeps saying the test has an error. I'm guessing it is my ISP, Comcast, and I am running on their fastest speed available. Whatever the reason, it doesn't work for me at all.

Like other s have already mentioned, this app seems to be unable to go past 100Mb/s. My connection is gigabit internet, though it tops out at just over 800Mb/s on a good day and averages between 650Mb/s and 700Mb/s. Still, every other app gets much closer to the real figure than this one and a specific one being bang on. This is useless to me. Ps: acquired via Google , so no ads shown!

Probably the most horrible speed tester I've used so far, absolutely not worth its "" status. For starters the results are wildly inaccurate. Usually shows half to 1/10th the speed Ookla tested. Then there seems to be a completely pointless persistent notification that doesn't even do anything when tapped (open the app maybe?). Lastly "themes" is just slapping on another background. Just keep this erratic attempt to copy Ookla off your phone.

This speedtest app is less useful that any other such app I have ever used. The screenshots do not accurately depict app features. Also, for some reason, the test seems to be capped, for instance, on an synchronous 500 MB/S wifi connection the speed test never seems to go above 40, which is wildly off the mark. Look elsewhere.

An app recommended through play ..You would think that means it's a good one right? Not a very accurate speed test app when compared to several others, very little information provided in the history and it said unknown ssid when the ssid is clearly displayed in the connection. Also tried opening it a few times to test what other reviews say about it not starting always and guess what, it doesn't always start. Out also had an notifications popup to test new networks speed.Uninstalled

Definitely the Worst Speed Test app that I ever seened and Used. It said my ping was 60 and my s were 10. Which I know is Not Accurate one bit. You guys need to work all the bugs out and really Test it to make sure it works Right. Until it been Improved and all the bugs fixed.n You all might want to consider removing it from the play store until then!

Uplink: Immediately Pegs to 100 (literally 2 sec) and calculates incorrect bit rate. Downlink: Takes reading in approximately 5 secs and gives slightly more accurate DL reading (although still incorrect). Suggest to allow app to spend at least 20 sec to get accurate UL AND DL measurement. Also would be nice to allow to choose server.
