Good app, but can be glitchy. Sometimes instead of recording what you have been listening to, it will just pick a song you are listening to and say that you've listened to that one song over and over. The app never has updates either, making me believe they don't do much maintenance. They keep raising the price, but not the quality. I am considering no longer paying for this service since I end up having to go on Open Scrobbler to fix things constantly anyways.

It could be a lot better. I was really hoping it would serve as a replacement for the website, which can be fiddly to navigate on mobile. For example: viewing and posting in shoutboxes, viewing profile pages, etc., but most of it just directs you to the web browser. Its only real use is for scrobbling, which is handled better by third party apps.

I don't understand what the problem is. I usually had this problem on my old smartphone, because it's old, but I'm on my new smartphone, which always works perfectly. But, this month, when I take a shower, n leave the Playlist playing, undisturbed, it only scobbles 1 song over & over, even tho I played multiple songs for over 40 min. But, when I take a walk, usually this happens a bit less. But, even now, this same issue is happens. This is THE ONLY THING that this app/system is supposed to do.

App is no longer scrobbling correctly. It started out fine, now it will scrobble the same song (played once) 15-20 times in a row, while not reading others. Sometimes it is also necessarily to open the app or scrobbles won't be recorded. Nice interface but not doing what it's meant to at all.

It has to be on in the background for it to work and even then, it stops scrobbling on the second or third track, or gets stuck at a track. Really good app but with a really bad experience. Edit: now it's overactive. If it remains open in the background, it keeps scrobbling the same track 300+ times even though Spotify is closed.

As someone who has been using Last.fm for more than 10 years it's very disappointing how inaccurate and buggy the app is. I often listen to full albums and the app will scrobble the same song over and over as opposed to changing songs with the album. This happens on both Spotify and Bandcamp. If I want accurate listening tracking I have to manually delete scrobbles from my browser. Unfortunate how Last worked better 15 years ago via iTunes with my iPod classic.

For every 2 out of 10 songs that you listened to, last.fm will miss tracking it (or scrobbling), so your scrobbles are not accurate. it has been a problem since 2018, and last.fm hasn't fixed it yet. the other issue is how a last.fm label a song. I can listen to a song called 'Free' and a scrobble later it will be labeled 'free' feat x even though I listened to the same song. Accuracy & labeling are the problems.

Good music tracking app but since the last update, the apps been bugging A LOT. like before the update, the app automatically starts scribbling when you play a song, without needing to open the app, but now you can't do that anymore, sometimes I forgot to open the app and what I listened to won't get scrobbled, and EVEN if I open the app and scrobble, you keep having to check the app and keep refreshing, or else the scrobbles of the won't go through, this app was so good before.. please fix it.
