This service does not work.I bought a subscription and continued to get notifications, "cloud subscription expired". I reached out and had lengthy emails explaining "the service does not work and hasn't worked since I had the first subscription. It never saved anything on the time-line for months. I didn't realize I already payed for this service that dont work anymore. "Cloud subscription expired" message keeps popping up. Even after the 2 over lapping subscription. They gave me a $10 refund.

A lot of functionality is crippled unless you buy a plan. So, functionally terrible for SD card s. Also, app constantly upselling their paid plans, which is very annoying! I bought my cameras years ago and it was great. Now the app simply sucks! I wouldn't buy their products today.

VERY difficult to cancel a subscription. I tried for over a month and It would not stop. So I took AVASIVE action. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I recommend not getting a subscription because it's worthless and there is no if there is a problem.................

I paid the yearly subscription and all cameras were working fine. Now there is another subscription for 24/7 monitoring? And of course, less recordings is happening to make me subscribe that nonsense. Remove the popup banner for paid customers. How do you expect me to read your stupid ment when I am trying to see what's happening on my property. Definitely not going to renew. With every update the app runs slower. Stop adding extra features, they are not needed. Fix the basic features.

tracking feature is excellent on this camera. easy to install and set up. A longer power lead would be a great feature. Good turning ability of almost 180°. A noise is made up on each movement of the camera, which could be made quieter. I would definitely recommend this model for your security needs. could be used indoors for monitoring pets and children or looking outside, like mine on your property.

For 45 day trail period was very good. Lots of features, good quality pics, videos Then times up your offline, camera doesn't want to connect. Unplug to reset and get message "Update for new features". Camera firmware updates and now going throw seeing up as a new camera; because of no longer exists, can't get the camera to pair. Keeps timing out!

Did a yearly subscription then they switched on me and switched me to a monthly plan and continue to charge me monthly on top of the yearly plan I purchased. updated the firmware and my cameras will not work. Customer service sucks and takes days to get a response. There is no customer service number. Poorly ran service. Don't waste your time or money.

You are a doorbell! Why are you sending me notifications and ments multiple times a day every single day? And if I disable them, I'm not able to see who's ringing my doorbell! Annoying business. Horrible business model.
