I'm very disappointed in this app. I had to uninstall it because it wasn't letting me see anything on my cameras. It kept saying system error. Now that I've installed it back on my phone, it won't let me change the notification. I've used the same notification for years, and now it sounds like my message notification. How do I fix thix?? I've gone into the app settings and into the phone settings for the app. There's nowhere to chance it.

This app defeats the purpose of having an alarm system. The is always freezing and not allowing me to turn the alarm off resulting in triggering the intruder alarm to the company. Can't turn it off from the or the app. The app's motion alerts have become super delayed. I also can not control the thermostat from the app anymore as well. Super annoyed that we're paying for a security system and it's not even usable.

Updated later in 2024- No amount of emailing you guys will get this company to invest in improving this app. The main problem is that the app is not supplemental! It's literally the only way to remotely manage the system we paid thousands to have. It's just not fair to your customers that we have only this option. It's laggy, it's not intuitive, it has a poor layout (deter button covers portion of camera view), it's just bad. I'm depressed about my money being wasted.

Stopped working! This app has been incredibly slow to load, has trouble showing events from the camera, and recently, stopped working all together. The app will not load at all. I have checked for updates, re-ed, checked my phone, and it will not work. Which is worrying considering this is meant for home security.

We had this system installed because we have a parent/in-law with dementia. Couple that with a not-so-good area. First, the cameras only record 20 seconds of movement regardless of how long you're in frame. Second, the cameras never catch what sets off the alarm. 20 seconds after, it's on point. Third, the system moves slower than molasses in a blizzard. Someone's on the property and gone by time I get alerted. I have to wait for the 20 second video to see what happened.

give s more control over weather alerts. they are so freaking irritating. consistently after storms are over and all tornado warnings have expired this stupid system still gives me a warning every few minutes and keeps me up all night for no reason. this happens every time we get a storm. i will be switching to a different security system purely because of this.

This is the worst app I've ever had in my entire life! It is always crashing. My cameras are ALWAYS offline. I'm constantly having to reboot my and unplug my cameras. I can never see live view and I can never do a playback. I'm never late on my bill. As a matter of fact, it comes out automatically, and yet I am NEVER able to see or do anything in the app. Just now, I had to uninstall the app. And I'll have to try to reinstall it because I keep getting an error message in the app.

Thanks for changing my settings (again). It's bad enough to just get this system to do what it is supposed to do without having to go back and fix the settings that have been changed. What a waste of money and time Vivint has been! Reviewing cameras continues to show a time stamped video, but video (or audio) doesn't correspond with the time, if video even works and/or if there was a person at the door or in the drive, it will show an inaccurate feed, looking like there wasn't anybody there.
