Terrible horrible app. I pay Hayu to watch shows. Most of the time I get: Playback error, or, cannot watch on more than 1 device (I only have one device) These are messages I get quite frequently. Then there's the part where you get no error message, but no programs will load. PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR THIS! WE ARE GIVING YOU OUR MONEY SO THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS GIVE US AN APP THAT WORKS MORE TIMES THAN IT DOESN'T WORK. Just a small ask. Thanks

This app is extremely horrible and full of faults that cannot or hasn't been fixed since January and yet they charged me for a subscription when I tried subscribing it said unsuccessful. I can't even to unsubscribe. I can't even reset my without any issues. It's super ridiculous. I don't mind paying if I can watch it but nothing works at all. They told me to try firefox and microft edge but nothing works! They say to email them at but I've yet to get any replies in days!

Very annoying that it doesn't where I previously stopped in the episode. So I gotta waste my time to scrub through and try to find where I last left off. Annoying for a paid subscription. Netflix still has the best experience. UPDATE 03 SEPT: Crash constantly, restart phone and doesn't help. The screen doesn't rotate freely so u can only do landscape on one side (inconvenient when I wanna charge my phone) - so stone age. The shows are good but the experience is horrid.

The content is absolutely wonderful but the app needs a lot of improvement. Do not subscribe until the app is fixed. Shows stop loading every 1 min - very annoying. It goes into low resolution mode every now and then. Nothing to do with my network as YouTube and Netflix are streaming very smoothly in HD.

I loved this streaming service, so it's very frustrating that, as with most of the other comments, even my super fast fibre broadband won't load the app on any device. Had to give up most of my favourite shows due to this app. It sometimes loads when I use two 5g sim cards in my phone, but even then, it's eating data so fast that it isn't a feasible way to watch anything.

What an absolute joke of an app. It's constantly freezing. Have to keep turning the app off. Wait a few minutes, turn it back on, and then it will freeze over and over again!!!! The subtitles don't work. The next episode of whatever you are watching doesn't load. We are actually paying for a subscription of this awful app that we can barely watch. I should have read all the negative reviews before I purchased. Get a grip, sort out the app. Will never subscribe again. Awful awful service!!!

Since October last year (since update?)hayu app on my Samsung smart TV will no longer play any new content. I have ed customer service about this and they acknowledged the problem and said I will have to watch on my phone while they work on a fix. It has now been four months with no resolution and they now no longer respond to my emails. I have paid for an annual subscription so locked in to a service that I can only access on my tiny phone screen. Very disappointed.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Have to try and start an episode several times and when it actually does start you're lucky to get through to the end without it stopping with an error message. Absolute garbage and feel like subscriptions for the past 3+months should be refunded. When I *finally* get through my show I will be cancelling subscription.
