Swipe gesture isn't working in the latest update. Swiping any word would always result in outputting only the single, starting character of the intended word. The interim fix is to switch to another keyboard, then switch back to SwiftKey, and the swipe gesture will work again for a short while before the bug returns. Please kindly fix it.

27 March 2020: Still unable to change wallpaper, app crashes when attempting to do so. 26 April 2022: Thanks for the update, after 2 years. Not sure what y'all have been doing, maybe fighting covid with keyboards. 27 April 2022: I have already stopped experiencing the above issue from more than a year ago. Thank you.

UPDATED 1/25 this keyboard is amazing! Better than anything I could imagine. Microsoft has addressed all of the concerns of any keyboard Junkie. Thank you 11/24I'm typing this now using the voice, I have been frustrated with SwiftKey because it has relied on Google Voice which doesn't work very well with this keyboard. So happy to find it here on the beta! Wishing there was an easier way to leave for the Developers. Been using SwiftKey since it was born over 10 years ago...

This keyboard is so good, you can make it anything you want it to be. Even better, it's easy to change the keyboard size and style to one you want, not the one you got stuck with on your product. You can change it to fit your mood, or even the holiday season. With my changing physical difficulties, SwiftKey has been amazing in keeping me 'connected'. The keyboard size can alter to fit in with my one fingered typing, plus correcting all the spelling mistakes I make!

So I have switched from gboard because the voice typing is like nails on a chalkboard for me. I will say however when it comes to the multi dictate while you speak option for voice to text for swiftkey, it does cut off the first six or seven words that you say before it picks up on any voice you're trying to compete with Google Voice typing and that's just subpar

I used SwiftKey a very long time ago and only came back recently curious if the speech to text was using llm backed accuracy such as Chat GPT does. To my satisfaction it does indeed use an amazing speech to text even better than the one now built into Samsung's AI backed phones. This entire review was written by me talking into the phone and adding only two corrections and two extra dpaces to separate the paragraphs. This keyboard is now my primary keyboard and I've tried very many.

I love the MS SwiftKey keyboard a lot for its functional features rather than its design, but I have no compromises with it. Recently, I started facing some issues with the beta version of the app. It doesn't allow me to customize my keyboard, and I also lost the freedom to delete my SwiftKey due to a pop-up error message. Therefore, I kindly request Microsoft to fix these issues.

Used to be the premier predictive keyboard, but it now routinely replaces 'they' with 'thtn', and suggests 'yhvn' and 'thry' as other options. In short its dictionary has become an active hindrance. Its default dictionary, I tried wiping my data to see if it had just memorized my typos. Don't use this. Reasonably brisk developer response to my review, which is laudable, and I appreciate.
