Won't scan draw tickets. Ever since the lottery updated it's system and came out with a different style of barcode, the app cannot scan the tickets. This is on draw games, not sure if it happens with scratchers since I don't play those. Now, either I have to take the ticket to a sales agent to scan it or I have to go line by line to review the numbers for a winning match. This first started around the end of October/early November. Get it fixed please!

The "scan an additional ticket" feature was/is a much needed update. The ability to refocus in-between scanning the bar codes need to be looked at, it seems to lag before it is ready to scan the next image. Also, the system down or system failure error seems to happen very often.

It's OK to scan tickets and a win or loss but not the same when trying to get info on mega or powerball, I have to go online to see results , also I don't recommend the 100x scratch off, til this day I never have seen any power spot symbols match( I feel it's a lie) or seen any 10x or the Great 8's, I bought alot of them and never seen a single 8, so the double 88 is a myth

This app is fine but its killing me with crashing. I used this app like 3 times a week and it crashes everytime i openned it. Fix this madness please. Its very easy to use otherwise. after over two years using this app, I'm not facing another challenge where I tried to scan my tick for over 10 and it would never let me check my ticket to see if I win. so sad..

I've ed the new version twice and asking to do it again. I quit. Just removed all together. not worth the trouble. it worked great in the beginning.

A 150% price increase is ridiculous. Not that you shady corporate clowns care about my few dollars a week, but I can't justify feeding your greed anymore. Besides, Texas never has jackpot winners even though it's the second largest state in the country... I guess staff at the lottery commission have cars and houses that need paying off...greedy leaches!

scanner is worthless. why waste people's time? crispy printed ticket after ticket won't scan year after year the same worthless app has the istration tried hiring actual coders or dev? that might help. app is garbage.
