Just sits on splash screen. I have to constanty clear its storage or reinstall it and sign back in to make it work. All I need to use it for is to pull up the QR code to scan to collect points! Yet you don't have an option to add that my digital wallet. You also stop screenshots of the app being taken! If you feel you need to force your customers to use the app please consider fixing it first! Thank you!

The app is better of late, probably because it's now an option to not store card details. The functionality to see and use rewards is more robust. The main issue I have is that it always seems to be logged out when I need to use it and logging in with store WiFi can take an incredibly long time at the head of the queue!

Still cannot access my in the app. Honestly you must have the same app developer as McDonald's and theirs is almost as bad as the food. Nothing works. I've lost my gold hip, I cannot access rewards. I've reset my about 50 times. It's 2025. I'd expect this rubbish from when apps first ever started. How can a global company get it so wrong when your rivals apps work so much better.

Poor after recent update. Have to every time and takes ages! Offers fingerprint and pin option when setting up app, but then this isn't offered as a option later. This really inconvenient when standing in the queue!! And if not logged in at checkout, no option to keep a receipt and claim points later. Costa has recently updated their app. No need to be logged into app or have an Internet signal. Just a qr code to collect on their points system.

The app is gd when it works properly, sometimes it doesn't you. You have to re sign in, takes a while processing your order. Also Starbucks peoplr, can u find a way to add the non spill cup lids to ur order on the app, it'd save with the whole reduced plastic thing & save wasting extra lids. Also if u could find a way to add a tip for the staff in the app, that'll be awesome! Thanks in advance, merry Christmas 🎄

When I purchase drinks through the app my reward stars don't always go on my . This happens for approximately a third of my purchases. Have tried logging out & back into the app & even uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but this makes no difference. It is impossible to get in with anyone at Starbucks to complain. Funny enough, there's never any issues with the money coming off the ! Pointless having the damn app if you are cheated out of your rewards. No customer service.

Very very glitchy, seems to forget my biometrics or my favorite location every other time I use the app. I am often unsure about whether my payment is processed or not. Not a great experience, I don't have a lot of confidence in the app or its security. I use it twice a monthly only treat myself with a cup of coffee on the rare occasions that I go to the office. I wouldn't bother otherwise

Agree with all of the comments below. Everytime you go to use the app it never re either the pin or biometrics you previously set up, which means you'll have to your email and to anyway, at which point it asks you whether you want to set up a pin and biometric even though you did it a thousand times before! Useless.
