I can only speak on my experience as an android . But I like this app a lot. It is very simple and -friendly. It's easy to communicate directly to your provider and I always receive a response quickly. Much better than a traditional call and voicemail system. You can request medication refills as well. It also provides emergency numbers and info in case you are in a crisis and you need more immediate attention, instead of just telling you "call 911" Overall, I definitely recommend.

Amazing app full of wonderful and caring people to help you every step of the way, wherever you may need it. In addition to linking to a provider to start your journey, they also include in the base(and only) price, frequent seminars, groups, classes etc, offered to help your transition get started and progress smoothly and healthily.

This app feels secure, has great video call quality and easy alerts. Chat is basic but effective. It locks whenever switched away from but uses biometrics effectively (and doesn't need to have access reset constantly like some other secure apps). I am not aware of scheduling tools and they would be a nice addition.

I've had nothing but success. The video quality is better than it has to be. My doctor is easy to understand. I will continue to use it. ...... A years use later. Update: 9/13/24 8am appointment. Nothing's changed it still works just as good. 10/18/24 2pm appointment. The app works

I've had nothing but a great experience with spruce. it's much easier on my end working with my doctor through communication and they're able to respond relatively fast. 10 minutes or less. spruce has allowed me to not miss work for monthly doctors appointments along with the ability to ask for refills for my prescriptions. 10/10

I find this application useful, but that's not why I'm writing a 5-star review. Many people my age adapted to computers & smartphones. I didn't. I've needed a lot of technical . The folks at Spruce came through for me 3 times: Once when I lost my email s & locked myself out of my email permanently, & needed to attach a new email to Spruce, once when I lost all the data on my first smart telephone, & once when my Godson wasn't around to explain recovery (again). A+

Super useful app. Makes seeing my providers easy and accessible. I had to switch doctors due to scheduling conflicts, I sent one message and we got it taken care of. The team is very helpful and great communicators. Very glad to have found this app.

The video calling has been pretty reliable. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that I don't seem to be getting notifications all the time even when my notifications are on? But that may have something to do with my phone and not the app itself.
