Best Turn base game out there! I been playing for 5 years. My opinion, there is two mayor issues in the game. For me silver is not a problem so i dont feel it as much at my level, but, players starting out it is, both my sons has the game a few years back, they both stop playing, mainly because of gear swap or gear removal silver tax, the tax need to be remove, it is not enjoyable. Second, multiplayer or CvC or seige needs more interactive modes, it still feels as a single player game.

I have played this game for years and there are many good and bad things about the game, but the one thing that just makes it real trash is Plarium's complete lack of respect for the players base's time. Everything in the game takes way too long and fixes also take months if not years to go into effect. For instance, hydra still has the WORST AI ever. This game mode came out two years ago. Do you guys really think we want to manual 6 hours of hydra every week? These fixes are often simple too.

Great Game although too expensive, over-priced items needed to truly enhance your heros. People with a lot of disposable income ramp to the top of the scale. Yes, you can 'earn' some of the rewards although it takes months or longer as well as resources that you will run out of unless you purchase more. Love the game, hate the cost for items. Funny how ur response doesn't address the HIGH cost of the items.

Terrible customer service lately. I have been having a ridiculous amount of connection and in-game pop up messages "game is experience issues". I click the button and fill out ticket more than a week ago was my 1st. I have now left 4 tickets, there were problems in the past and they were kind enough to at least respond and try to work it out. Now I don't even think they care any more since I already spent money. Gonna stop wasting my time, energy and money. I was having fun!

Really fun game at first, especially when they are throwing at the new stuff at you. But it quickly devolves into pay to play; I can put in a couple hours each day (which feels like a lot for a phone game) for multiple weeks and still can't get any of my people past rank 5 at lvl 50. Like I said, fun game. Looks great and is very robust, but progress is so slow and painful unless you pay for it.

There is bug in my Tournaments tab. Once I click on Tournaments, it opens but stays stuck in loading screen. This has been continual for about 2 months now. I enjoy the game, but this bug is nagging at me. It is not the first time this has happened over the last 9 months of play. I have tried multiple devices on the same and it still happens unfortunately. I am sure that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

This game is just a cheesy excuse to take $500 from you and still be too difficult to play or progress. There are certainly better things out there for you to spend that kind of money on. Don't even bother. During one of champion the battles, I was about to win, but the game malfunctioned and I had to quit out of the battle. The game has also become unresponsive, I have to press the buttons two or three times before they . I wish I could give no stars. WHAT A SCAM.

I feel like this game changed in such a bad way. It doesn't even seem worth to pay for things anymore on the game because you seem to need more resources just to improve champions or to try and get better champions. I understand there has to be a level of chance in getting items like shards, but it doesn't matter if you pay, the chances are so slim. Lowering the amount of tournament points and the silver you get from doing dungeon levels makes it now even harder to get any place on the board.
