Fantastic app. Ring is metal and feels compared to my Samsung ring. I'd love if the app had years as well as months for history, and would sync to google fit like it does apple health. Needs to share info with Da Fit so I can have the watch and ring work together when counting steps and exercise.

The sleep is tracker is awful. It assumes everyone goes to bed at the same time, and if I get up in the AM for a bathroom break, it doesn't log me going back to sleep. There isn't an option to change the sleep time. So thankful I didn't spend a ton on the ring because it's pretty well useless.

Only been using the ring for a day now and all seems good, but the step counter is wildly off. I made an extra 200 steps while sitting on my couch waving my arm around. Hopefully the step counter isn't linked to any energy use calculations otherwise that will be wildly off. Maybe an option to turn the step counter feature off?

The device no longer functions after walking my dogs, only flashes red and green. It's not the battery because it indicates full charge on the app. The manual is ZERO help as to what the flashing lights mean.

The writing on the app is small font and light grey.... extremely difficult to read. More assistance and explanation of the test results is needed. Otherwise fairly pleased

Terrible step counter - tells me I've done 6000 steps when I know I've just been sitting at home. No option to adjust. Terrible customer service - no response to emails. Blood pressure and exercise readings seem OK - but hard to trust, given how wildly off the step count is.

Now only the HEART RATE function works ! Nothing else works at all ! No distance walked/ran, No sleep time, No body temp, No HRV !!! PLEASE FIX THIS AND LEAVE IT ALONE !!! Thanks !!!
