For the price of the watch it works pretty well. Not the most accurate, but I've never used a fitness watch before. The accuracy of steps, exercises, and sleep can be improved. Other improvements I would like to see... 1. an ability to make notes on events. (Ex. When tracking your heart rate, if it spikes, you can add a note on the tracker as to why it spiked. This is important for when the watch fails to take accurate measures.) 2. A calendar for notes. Track symptoms, activities, etc....

Notifications stopped working after recent app update. Check whether the moon icon on your watch is lit up. If the moon icon is on, it means that you are currently in "Do Not Disturb Mode". During Do Not Disturb Mode, all notifications will be blocked. Tracks distance walking, but doesn't track distance cycling! Sports tab on the App only records duration, no distance for cycling which is a shame. Used with Samsung S10+

SMS notification to device worked fine when first installed. Then had an update and they stopped working. Had another update and they worked again. Yet another update and stopped working again. I'm fed up with the for this app. Another update yesterday. SMS message pushed to watch for the first text I received but then stopped working for further texts. Please fix this problem, it's been going wrong for months now.

This morning after the time change my watch had the wrong time. Opened the ap to see if I could get into the settings and fix it. Ap kept crashing. A message came up and said there was a bug would I like to clear the cache. Did that. Still crashes. Got a message again about a bug and to reinstall the ap after the next update. Has there even ever been an update? Is there going to be? Ap is glitchy anyway. Watch was cheap. Might just replace the watch and get a different ap.

the app only stays synced to the watch for maybe 2 hours, then I have to reopen the app on my phone and re-sync the app to watch. and the app where I can customize my watch background, you have limited plan templates after making my own background my app and watch dont stay connected any longer than 30 minutes and I dont get my phone notifications. is that a better understanding. oh and your step counter dont work correctly at all. your blood pressure is wrong as well,

Forgets some settings, yet re others. I edit and remove things like water tracking, sleep, etc. from the Health screen and they mysteriously reappear. It re I want imperial units and Fahrenheit. Also, when customizing the screen, choosing an image, rejecting it then going to select another causes you to start from the beginning rather than where you left off in the image list. More color choices on the custom screen would be nice, too.

UPDATE 9: the watch kept buzzing rapidly and resetting the watch. I loved the watch and have tried multiples of this watch but it does not work. I threw it out. UPDATE 8: blood pressure was 60 higher than my normal low blood pressure. Heart rate was 40 higher than normal. I can't even use it as a watch since the face constantly changes. I am throwing this watch out since the app and watch do not work properly. UPDATE 7: Watch face constantly changes. Lowered stars.

Never connects to Bluetooth. Doesn't keep track of steps correctly. Some how I can walk 3 miles having just gone 1000 steps. Trash app trash product. Do not bother with it. They will lie and say to just pull down your screen but then why isnt it changing?? Oh because it's a lie!! Had it like three months and already it's in the garbage. Thanks for nothing. I refuse to buy another thing from you. Rip offs.
