Something is wrong in synching with my Bolt EUV. Frequently it stops finishing the charge level update. "Updating" gets struck forever. Terminating app doesn't fix. The only way to fix is uninstall and reinstall. After installation I have to enter information and app permissions every time. This is very annoying. As of today there is no improvement. There is something fundamentally wrong in the implementation. Start over from the scratch.

Initially I thought it was just me but everyone is complaining about this apps malfunctioning specifically to EVs. Initial commands fail. Mapping doesn't save and you must redo. Changing the charge level for trip planning fails often. It takes 3x the effort to get anything done. This is a critical app to the central functioning of the vehicle, literally I need this app to properly run my car and it fails. There is zero available from the dealer. There's nowhere to turn

Location tab has stopped functioning! About a week ago, the Location tab in the app started showing old data -- the same location from several days ago. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now when I go to the location tab it just says "Location unavailable". Curiously, I still get location alerts so it knows where the car is, but it won't show it in the location tab. I'm not sure why I pay for Onstar when it doesn't function as d. Others on reddit have the same problem.

This app is TERRIBLE, especially since I'm paying a monthly subscription fee for certain functions.. Honestly, I won't keep being taken advantage of, if you guys aren't gonna provide a better product.. it's slow, troubles, sends you to website, totally won't at times, slow response rate, mine has totally not worked for the last 7 or more days, and this isn't the first time this has happened, but it's about to be the last very soon!! I feel I deserve compensation honestly!!

Vehicle status info such as Tire Pressure, Miles driven, Fuel level stopped updating a day after I drove the car off the lot. I can't get anyone to help other than giving usual and log back in, uninstall app and reinstall type steps (I tried those and they didn't work). OnStar plays a role in making all this work, but you can't get their Tech to answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Since update nothing works. Can't lock or unlock or remote start. Just states to keep pressing but nothing ever happens. Reinstalled app 2 times but no change. It was a pretty good app until now. Sad. Update 12/6/24 I just got a 2024 chevy ev so I now have access to the app again. Everything is working on the app but I can't change charge mode or tell the car to precondition for a certain departure time. Constant alerting for trusted device very annoying and I can't remove trusted device.

This app has been virtually unusable for me. I always get this error message after I enter the two steps verification code "Unable to complete authorization as there is no…". ed the GM help number and they had me try deleting and re adding the app several times and it finally worked. The guy on the help line didn't know why it finally worked. Two days later it quit working and I'm getting the same error again. So far this app has been a waste of time.

An absolute waste. Fir as much as the car costs, the least they could do is build an app that doesn't need to be constantly uninstalled and reinstalled for it to work. Update: Still one of the absolute worst apps on the market. Consistently doesn't work, server unresponsive, have to reinstall way too many times. For a company that charges as much as they do for vehicles, they went off off brand cheap for this app.
