I recently had a frustrating experience with CarSwitch, which has completely eroded my trust in their services. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was d as having "No Accidents". However, after scheduling an appointment and inspecting the car in person, it became clear that the listing was misleading-the vehicle had multiple accident histories and had been repainted. They also charge a huge fee from the buyer, I was asked to pay 599 for a car worth only 27000!

NOT RECOMMENDED - Every couple of years I the app. And trying to buy/sell a car but thinking that they improved, But still they are very un satisfactory in dealing with clients, They keep on refusing offers till the car left behind and no body want it anymore or they go for another option through another dealer! Moreover, there is no proper negotiation process!

When I wanted to sell the car, I filled the form on the app and made a small payment. CarSwitch guy was here to check my car the next day. He took 20 mns to inspect and 2 hours after that , my ad was live.. I like the overall process .

They charge a 3k commission for "managing" the sale for you, but in reality they do nothing. They just take pics of your car, do a very basic inspection and thats it. They tell you the price you can def sell it for, which in reality is not even close to the market, and they get a 3k commission for not doing anything. Not worth your money.

Worse experience ever sold my car thought them took me more than months.. lack of follow up and false promises to be called back. Charges high compared to the customer experience. They assure to get thier fees and finish the deal without ensuring buyer get his money. Not recommwdned

Ads on the app are not updated live. When requesting for a test drive your do not receive an acknowledgement by email and you have to call several times their service (no queue system to keep you on hold by the way) to finally talk to an operator who is not even able to give you the live status of the ad you are calling for... Just an email later on with to let you know the car isn't available anymore... Terrific... Edit. They have fixed the bug awesome... It just took them 18 months
