The app has recently been updated to look snazzier and function less. Whereas it was intuitive before it's now less so. You have to dig for info and jump through hoops to do anything that actually helps you, the agent. Borrower info should be most prominent, but instead exos has decided that's a lesser concern than anything else. The stuff you need is still there, but whereas I feel that should be the first thing you see when you click an assignment, it's been decided 5 clicks is better.

I have mixed feelings about this app. I like the information included and available in the specific assignments. I like the auto-assign feature. I like the idea of synching the calendar for my availability. But getting the calendar to actually sync is a struggle!! Normally it takes 7 or 8 tries. I usually have to close it, re-open it, attempt to sync then rinse and repeat until it finally works. That is really frustrating.

I started using this app over a year ago & was very skeptical at first about putting appts for other companies in the calendar but after giving it a try, I absolutely love it. I used to miss out on a lot of calls for work while I was in a closing but now I come out of my appts & find emails saying I got work. I get a lot more work now & don't have to be glued to my phone. I just wish all companies had this app. I can't wait til docs can be viewed/printed on the app & scanbacks ed. Love it!

This is one of my favorite g apps. It only took a short amount of time to figure it out and get familiar with it. Being able to easily control when you are not available is great. I am doing it manually instead of syncing my calendar because my calendar is too out of control but it is still easy and quick to update. Easy to access assignment details and other info. I feel that a lot of thought and consideration to include the g agents perspective was put into the design.

It told me to update and it just sits and spins. Never finishes spinning and I can't get into it. On my computer it doesn't take check in or out. I lick on it but it doesn't do anything. I end up having to send an email to tell them assignment is completed.

slow, cumbersome, comes and goes, calendar does not display appointments in any reasonable manner. I'm thinking this is a beta version not yet tested and ready for general use. good luck with this.

I have updated my time zone to Eastern Time and the assignments still post on Central time. Updating the calendar when out of office has not been -friendly when you want to modify. Need a option to state when a vendor is not available until further notice.

Works only to give you assignments. Nothing else is functional. It wastes valuable time, because we have to end up calling to check in. Complete, etc. Instead of doing assigned gs.
