Absolutely horrible app Swag has forced me to set up an authentication process, but upon entering my phone number and pressing continue, nothing happens. I have tried to submit a request with no luck. I have spoken to the swag bot, and it doesn't understand. They have made it impossible for me to get help, and I need this for work. Do not recommend this app unless you must. It breaks all the time. Absolutely terrible

The search function doesn't work properly. asks for a city I put Melbourne and I getting jobs for UK and various other Australian cities. as soon as you click off leaving the app open it refreshes back to the home page. doesn't always save the jobs you want to save. Has lots of potential but really these basic functions need to be addressed ASAP. Matching is not great either. Jobs from FEB?? COME ON!!!

EDIT: Thankyou for responding but I cannot submit more information via the link in the employment hero reply as it does not give me anywhere to do so. Try harder. Once again completely inaccessible. No dark mode, no way to your roster into phone calendar, no way to edit time sheets if you clocked in and out. So many ads on the home screen. Notifications don't always work even when set to. So inaccessible, sensory nightmare.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Only using this garbage app because work made us. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's glitchy and full of bugs, not friendly and runs slow as hell. They say to to resolve issues, but then tell you to just "update to the latest version" or "reinstall" which I have done several times and this stupid bloatware app is STILL full of the same glitches. Horrible app, horrible "assistance" (If you can even call it assistance) 0/10

Expenses keep disappearing? This is the second time I have updated the App this year, to have this feature disappear. As someone traveling regularly for work, this is incredibly inconvenient! We will have to look at alternative systems if this continues.

Halfway there. It's just not convenient to view shifts and book leave, etc. The calendar views could be overhauled significantly. Edit: the app interface is bad. Don't ask me to send : you need a UX designer. A good one.

Employment apps are, in general, a curse. They're uniformly less functional and convenient than email, and more invasive. Swag is particularly wretched though. It's bloated with features most won't use, slow to load, forces you to wade through screens to get basic info like rosters, and has been torturing me by notifying me about being late to clock in on days I have off. But hey, it's also filled with ads that offer 1% cashback on Virgin Airline tickets. What a deal.

This app is god awful, my roster is often playing up and not loading properly or at all. I get unexpected errors often where I cannot view my roster or add in unavailability. This is the lowest example of an employment app that needs a large amount of modernisation to function correctly.
