Pencil Sketch is an easy-to-use photo editor to make you an artist by creating pencil sketches from your photos!

You'll spend more time watching 12 second ads than you will actually editing. Wanna select a photo to edit? 12 second ad first. Want to save an edited photo? 12 second ad first. Want to discardshat you have started to edit? 12 second ad that you can't seem to skip after the 12 seconds are up. Discard changes? Another ad you can't skip past.

Exactly what I needed! I've wanted more practice drawing, ink, painting and colored pencils but was struggling in my mind how to make my photos into a different media. This app helps to see other media's ,and teaching me to see shadows as well as highlights. So far free and no adds. Amazing!!!❤️❤️ I've already told many art friends and their amazed too.

Not what the name implies at all. To just sketch with a pencil tool is seemingly not possible. Instead it wants your camera or photos. OK, as a starting point that might be Ok but having chosen your photo the only option is to then share it with others via WhatsApp or Facebook etc not to edit it with a pencil. This is true of their sample gallery too.

Of all the "Pencil" sketch apps, which are really just "Filter Variations" you can do yourself with any cell camera or digital camera, "This Is The Most Hassle Free!" Only 1 add between render and save. But, try your own sampling. Click any photo in device or cloud, tap edit, tap filters, tap black/white or grey scale..there are sliders to adjust from dark b/w to color! If you have samsung cell: instead of photo use "food" in More (pro) section. It also has a slider to adjust color balance.

A complete garbage app. I was really looking forward to turning photos into beautiful pencil sketches but every tool (pencil, comic, sketch, etc) not one even worked. Just turned my photos into roughly only slightly filtered garbage far worse than the original. So confused? Please! Do not waste your time on this app as it was sadly/regrettably extremely disappointing and don't want anyone else to waste there time. Nothing like was d & shown in the sample pics. Sorry! So sad.

It isn't at all what I would expect to use. It didn't make the photo like a drawing, it made it almost like a bad drawing. And you cannot just make it like an outline or refined sketch, it would here to be a very plain photo to get even close. It's varying degrees of color or just plain lack of clarity. Did not like it and uninstalled after five minutes.

I have to be honest it's discouraging how you need to go back and forth to each picture from the gallery each and every single time : once picked you need to give it a checkmark first, so you can start sketching. The doodle/comic bar didn't work, so I can't tell how they look. The feature pencil and colored pencil (bottom menu) are working. I will look for a different pencil editor, because I've got gorgeous pictures of my kids, and they're not turning smoothly sketched here.

You deserve no stars at this point! It would be nice if your app actually took my image and converted it start to finish into art rather than basically just plastering over it. The gradient option would be nice if it would be to do what you intended but rather than grading down to original you'd still have the art just lighter on the "strokes". Ohh and the strokes oh don't get me started on the strokes! Too late, if I choose sketch I expect strokes not a series of blots. Useless for artists.
