Been using this app many yrs-great features-love the Highlights & Notes. However, w/ a new phone, my acct is empty on the app-no highlights or notes!! Services has sent me several troubleshooting steps to "sync" my yrs of study markings & nothing has worked to correct it on my new phone w/ the app. I can access my w/ my new phone on the website but NOT on the app. I've been told "hopefully the next update will correct the issue". App won't even open now! Please fix these issues!!

In general, I really like this app. I've used it for years, and it has always worked well. It is a little frustrating that the search feature is translation specific. Recently, a loud ment will play when you start a search. Even if you have your phone on silent. the music plays loudly. Very annoying.

Been using the app for years. It's always been my go to. I opened it recently and while searching for a verse found out they added pop up ads. I instantly uninstalled. I'm extremely disappointed. Reading the Bible and searching for verses should not be interrupted by intrusive pop up ads. If you want to provide a paid or subscription service for Bible studies or other resources that's fine, but distracting people from the Bible for ad cents is exactly why Jesus was flipping tables in Matt 21:12.

Wouldn't load the verse of the day in my web browser so tried installing the app, and it won't load when I try to open it. Black screen. So both this app, and web site version are not loading. How about fixing these issues? I'm uninstalling + very upset the web version does not work either. Oh, and how about showing the verse of the day IN the email until you can fix the problem with both web site and app?

I have enjoyed this app for some years now. It is wonderful to have all those translations available and comparable so they can enrich each other. Recently though, in an attempt to make a reading plan work, I had to reinstall the app. This new version is not as good as it was. Limited reading plans, can't change the font, but worst of all it no longer keeps my place. Every time I open the app I'm back at Genesis 1. I wish I hadn't reinstalled / updated.

I've used this app for a long time. Sadly, this app turned to ads some time back, and I'm just getting around to writing this. I get it, I guess. I'm just not sure how the app functioned prior to the ads. I've opened the app in church and accidentally had my volume up, and an ad started playing, a bit embarrassing. I gave an additional star because the noisy ads have been silenced.

Full Screen Ads! Yuck. I have used this app for years. Recently, ads began popping up when I open. I tolerate ads in other apps. However, I do not want pop up ads in my bible app. Please explore other avenues for generating funds to cover expenses... smaller ads, fund raising, button for donating, etc. HC is a large company. I'm sure you can figure it out. These full-screen-take-too-long pop up ads are discouraging. It feels very commercialized and corporate-America-gotta-make-a-buck. :(

This app is filled with bugs. It takes 30 seconds just to open, and that's only if an ad doesn't appear. Sometimes this app goes black, so you have to close it out completely and reopen it. Did you leave it open and switch to a different app for too long? Well the app resets to the home page and you lose your place in the Bible. The read offline feature? Simply doesn't work. Why? Because the app has to be connected to the internet to even load the home page! 500 characters here is not enough.
