I used this app for about a week. Functionality-wise it was fine, but when looking deeper into scan, I discovered that it keeps the previously scanned documents (somewhere) on the phone. This is potentially a huge privacy and security issue. I looked at setup and could only reduce the storage period (still very long, in months, I think) or max storage. At the minimum, the app must ask if you want to retain old scans, and if so, the options must be much better, like store for X hours.

It works fantastic! Super easy to install, select your printer from available devices, and you're ready to Rock & Roll! One thing I did decide to do was set my default printer as grayscale, rather than full on color. I did so to save on my color toner cartridges from needlessly being used up on color background objects. A huge money saver, indeed.

The app sucks. First of all, it doesn't have where you can print both sides to save on ink & paper. Second, it keeps coming up with an error Everytime i try to print something. Needs to be updated & fixed because i cant use anything else to print with. I pay to be able to print & i cant even do that most of the time. Thank you. Please listen to the reviews on here or i will you directly & it wont be very nice if i have to😡😡

The printer is very good but the software is very old generation.Here only Brother app works on same wifi network. But now, according to the new generation system, you can print from any position in the world using the mobile application.So please develop software to print out through web । As with Epson printers, through iPrint. Where you can print from any position in the world with one click.

After mega pain we got this app to work on all my androids. Old and new. Rule 1 which brother fails to spell out for us older folks, turn off your VPN if you use one during this setup. Also have your wifi on hand. You will need it. None of my androids were detected by the printer or vise versa, program will switch to manual setup if not detected. Follow instructions on both Android and printer screen to fully complete. Now IOS three seconds and your done not Android no clear info provid

Works about 75% of the time. Maybe I'm not connected correctly to my printer. It is a Canon about 1.5 years old. I can't figure out the problem. It worked once from away from my house, I was so excited, but I haven't got that feature to work again since.

If I need one page printed out of a 50 page PDF, it's faster for me to drive to Staples, return the printer, and transcribe it by hand. Loads every page individually before giving the option to pick a range. It does everything the print option in Adobe Acrobat does (but at a tenth of the speed), and as a bonus it keeps trying to get you to buy an ink subscription.

Worked absolutely fine up until yesterday. Today it's completely refusing to connect to the phone that it knows is there. Nothing has changed. I've spent the whole afternoon uninstalling and reinstalling everything to no avail. Exceptionally difficult to set up in the first place... The printer is now completely useless as we use it for tablets and PCs. Edited to add, it's no use keep replying to comments with please us ... There's clearly an issue that needs a fix!
