Love that it has a fairly large English selection. One thing they need to add is auto-rewind on resume. On some audiobook apps, when I resume playing after pausing it for a while, it starts from earlier than the place I left it. Pause 10 minutes, it'll start 15 seconds earlier. Pause for a day, it'll start maybe a minute earlier. I love that feature.

The app looks promising. However, it is a pity that there is no option to read and listen at the same time. Jammer!! I am trying to learn Dutch and it is quite difficult for me to just listen without text.. and when I open the ebook version, there is no audio button.. please improve this. Then you can be one of the best audiobook apps. You are welcome ;)

I gave initially 2* because: The app seems good but unfortunately unusable for me. I'm in Poland and I have English OS. Yet the app set my default language to Svenska (???) And I am not able to change it. But I make a new so that it assigned my country to Poland and it worked well

i love this app sm, literally, listening to audiobooks has become my routine, an addiction, 10 pln a months a very fair price, theres a great selection, everyone will definitely find sth for urself. if only i could listen to an audiobook and songs on spotify at the same time...

I wanted to create additional kids profile my family. Out of blue, 5.79 € charged from my credit card for this second profile. It was not mentioned, that such kids profile costs extra. Or how much. I call this a total scam. I will ask my credit card provider to get back my money which book beat stole. VERY shady behaviour! Stay away.

offer multiple languages.. but seems to lock in the language of swedish, would like to sell to everyone has not even an english page or a conversion system for currency .... this looks like someone made an app and said.. well i did not want to do the work. not for internstionals.

Scam. I cancelled my subscription and they kept drawing money, so I had to cancel the subscription again. Bookbeat draws hours if you re-listen the same section of the book you used the sleep-timer for. You can't upgrade your Bookbeat-subscription if the hours run out in the middle of a book. Bookbeat don't have any love for books with their ways of sabotaging the joy of reading. I would not recommend this app.

App won't let me turn off seeing polish books. I want to listen to a book? Nppe, not today, you can only listen to the polish version for absolutely no reason.
