I tried your starter programme and would offer this observation. Standing still, I have no balance. Your idea of doing the quizzes on the phone as you stretch simply cannot work for me. However, a hiking pole cut down to a suitable height used to provide a third stable point allows me to complete the leg exercises. I am very pleased with the results of these exercises. Thank you.

I'm very new to Nymbl, but, enjoying the program. Certainly not doing the exercises correctly, I get sidetracked by the game and forget what I'm supposed to b doing with my legs! I'm sure it will get better. I struggle with exercises that involve standing on one leg, but I guess, that's what the program is designed to help with.

Since starting this program I have noticed that my ankles and foot are a lot stronger. I really struggle with the balance on one foot....I have both knee and hip replacements so Im sure that's why. Nevertheless I'm going to keep on trying to do them. I want to walk more confidently and not fall off the heels of my shoes. Right now a curved heal is dangerous thing!

Thank you Nymbl, I have read many of the attached reviews with great interest. As an 80 yr old with balance issues due to a variety of causes. Nymbl app is great, adjusted program after a fall. Granddaughter thinks the games are a great distraction we had fun together doing exercises & distracting puzzles. Cured her dental pain temporarily! Great for me as it adjusted exercise level after a backwards fall & 6 week healing break, Glad NZ has this app.

I'm 68 and as I age I definitely want to maintain my balance. The last thing I want to do is fall and break something. I believe these quick challenging sets of visual and mental exercises along with coordinating step tasks, helps me to stay mentally focused and stable when walking and moving.

in a short time, I have seen improvement with my bladder control. the learning and helpful tips are excellent. you can revisit and read again and again as you grow your understanding of how to change your bladder behaviour

Nymbl is a great complement to other exercises that you may be doing. The Nymbl exercises seem simple enough, but coordination of mind and body is one of the goals. If first starting Nymbl, maintain your sense of humor. You will find out why. 😊

I have had 2 TBIs and balance is my biggest concern. I have had 80 hrs Neuro as soon as I was able to tolerate concentration at intense levels. Treatment gave my neurons a run for their money! I have been told Dementia is nipping at my heels. Keeping my mind active was the only way to rectify that issue...and then Humana came to me with this Balance Program: What another approach and great challenge for my Cognitive and Physical issues. Thanks!
