Been using this app for over 3 years now and I have no real complaints. Customer service responds to my issues within a reasonable amount of time. Games are hit or miss, depending on what you are interested in. Some may work, and some may not, but that is when you customer service. It does pay out, but has limited options (PayPal, Starbucks, Amazon, etc.). Wish they would have more gift card options. But otherwise, I'm happy with it :)

Everything was going great until yesterday when the app kept loading and loading. I haven't been able to get into the app and its frustrating that I cannot complete tasks. Please fix this. Edit: I figured out the problem, and it makes no sense at all. When im not connected to the internet, appKarma lets me in. But the problem here is that the all the offers require wifi to open.

The rates of point actually turning into money is 5000=$3 but when you are playing the games for hours and you get rewarded 17 points. Its scammy. When i finally got to bigger rewards the app stopped ing my progess. Of course. Then i reached out to the team. Which said you have to complete the deal in 30 -60 days. Which wasnt stated on the games i chose to play. I reached out again. They never responded. Go figure. They make bare money from ads. Waste of time dont bother.

Probably the best play to earn app I've found so far, it has the most accurate and efficient point system in my opinion, only issue is the games, most if not all the games are ad farms. When I'm using the app I can't consistently gain points when I want to because it's way too difficult finding games that aren't completely unplayable due to how unstable and drowned out with ads the games are. If the app had games that people enjoyed then it would be a five star.

Do not even bother with this scam app. Appkarma used to be my go to with earning but they changed alot to reap the benefits of our "failures" by wasting our time n money. They basically set us up to fail by setting the bar too high. They get the gold while we get the pennies. The less they pay out to us is more money in their pockets. The games n offers usually are ad scams or some magical error happens that messes up tracking the offer n then your screwed. They hate black people the most.

They promise to give you bonus points if you make an in app purchase from one of their games. After making my purchase I sent them proof of my Google play receipt as well as my game details and they denied my bonus points. I asked why and they have not responded even though it's now going on 2 weeks. I would not have spent extra money if I'd known I'd get scammed out of it. Bad app with terrible

All the things I've done on Zen Masters doesn't seem to be showing up on my check list of actions I've done including purchasing an item in the game not to mention I ed the game from the app and I am pretty far up in levels and it's not showing up none of my work or levels completed .

This is now the third time I installed your app, and definitely the last time!!! I enjoy apps where I can play games to make some extra cash, but your maximum offer on games, and that is when they are on promotion,is a meagre 2 points per minute in my country, where the same games pay out hundreds of points in all other countries.This is just unacceptable, and I will make this known on all the media platforms I am on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
