This app has improved over the years. It's just that I have one minor complaint Before you would be able to see progress status countdown of the photos being ed from your storage. Now this feature has been removed. I enjoyed that feature because it would let me know that the photos have been completely ed. Now I have to guess when I could close it because I no longer see that kind of update. I'm constantly having to guess if all the photos have been ed or not. Bring it back TY

I have two small complaints: 1. Project info should include fields for the customer's name and details. 2. My phone has great stabilization, but videos taken in the app are shaky. Otherwise, the app has been very helpful. The cost to add employees feels steep, but I love how it helps me track jobs and easily share photo albums with my trades.

Can only open documents half the time, which is most of my job. It's constantly crashing. (EDIT!- was on top of it right away and helped me get a temporary solution to the problem I was having. Adding 1 star to my prior review for the excellent customer service but still not giving ot 5 stars until the bug causing tje issue is fixed.)On the plus side, it definitely makes organizing photos of each job very simple

In concept, it's a good app. In execution, there many basic items that are uselessly frustrating. 1) if the GPS location function to show the closest, most relevant projects : at least make it easy to find my projects on an alphabetical list instead of some random BS that makes me have to scroll / search for it 2) sucks up so much data / battery 3) when ing pictures on projects into companycam, it doesn't organize things according to geodata/ date taken for organization. Specially videos.

I mean good app but the pricing is way out of line, customer service on the other hand I mean wow. I was concerned that if I wasn't paying for it I wouldn't have access to the stuff we put on there and the response I got was. "Lol. You can/will always have access to all your photos/videos and info. Even if you don't have a subscription. You can pause, start, stop at anytime. No contracts." Not worth it at all, 3 people is like $102 a MONTH! Then add that kind of customer service to it. Nope

Super glitchy. 9x out of 10 it takes 5 or more seconds to that you've selected to save a new task within a to-do list. Other times you have to hit cancel instead, close the app, reopen and then edit the task. For an app to be worth it, the friendliness needs to be top notch, this far it has not been. The features are good - when it works.

So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily photos to those folders. In order to images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.

I work in the landscape and big power washing jobs in South Florida. This app is designed to help keep pictures and work orders all in one place. It also lets you take notes on what the job is, addresses, numbers, etc. It kèps it all in the app so your phone isn't filled with work pictures. You can message on the app as well!!
