I would say worst app ever. There is no update button post ing pending document. Also there must be option to document from current device. Why the hell to take snapshot from other mobile or hardcopy. Why do we need to front and back side photo. Simply give the option to pdf that it.

The tech team needs to learn some basics. When a person tries to update the document submitted for the purpose of a new electricity connection, the app does not show submit button. It has exit option, option but no option for submitting i.e completing the process. This is the basic thing that any tech team would add.

App is just for show off by Electricity department. App has given mobile no update facility but they are not able to change in 30 days and as per 1912 i have to visit local area ofc with an written application to change. So it's totally wastage of time for using these type of App. Even their request id is useless .

I am satisfied with this app, but not completely. Sometimes there is a lot of trouble like the Suvidha app is not opening since the last 2 days .

Very good activities very good in working it is smooth in processing the bill if there is a Mount deputy from your and the bill is not paid there are many option to solve your problem this is the best thing

Please hire good software engineer to develop the app system and it's backend. Just don't waste the public money. App is so much slow, I don't want to use it. If you find any other private player app this much slow, then please let me know

It was working fine but now it's terrible, unable to open this app. I am not able to see my balance and unable to recharge. ( Edited ) 22/09/2024 Now this app completes all my electricity bill related work. Love it.
